CEO & CTOMarcus is a serial founder whose companies have spanned payments, trading, and encryption, with deep experience across insurance, AML/KYC, banking, and financial services — industries where a custody failure is existential. He has built and led teams across the UK, Europe, and the US, in businesses from 3 people to 200, holding both the commercial and the technical reins. At Seven Layer he does the same: setting the direction of the company and the architecture of the platform on a single conviction — the key itself is the flaw.
Ross Walker
Chief Revenue OfficerRoss is a commercial strategist and licensing executive with over two decades across sport, entertainment, and technology. He brokered landmark deals during stints at Manchester United, Nike, and WWE, and has worked with McLaren F1, Aston Martin, and Premiership Rugby. For the past 15 years he has operated in technology as an advisor, founder, and operator.
Sasha Asheghi
Chief Operations OfficerSasha is an investor and operator focused on emerging and deep technologies. He is a General Partner at Arcanum Ventures, with experience building, financing, and commercializing companies across fintech, data infrastructure, and other frontier technologies. He has led operations across multiple industries and advised more than two dozen companies on strategy, fundraising, and go-to-market execution.

Co-Heads of Perimeter SecurityLittermates and lifelong zero-trust practitioners. Bertie and Hughie maintain continuous physical perimeter patrol, screen every courier at the door, and run unscheduled 3am audits of unattended keyboards. Neither has ever disclosed a secret, and neither can be socially engineered for anything less than tuna.
